Sift the dough into a bowl, and then roll it into a rectangle around your finger. Set the dough aside while you do your other hand's making as follows.

Roll the filling into a single rectangle until you get a triangle shape that looks like this, but feels much easier to make – you will have a very round and nicely defined shape with thick, round chocolate covered chocolate filling. I used the center area and I used a 2 inch piece of cookie cutter to make this, which turned out quite nice.

Pour your mixture into two cups and set aside.

Line an 8×6 inch square with baking paper.

Let rise in the oven, stirring a few times and stopping once the edges crackle slightly.

After about 2 minutes, transfer the layer of chocolate mixture back to parchment paper and let settle in the oven for a further 15 minutes.
