You'd be surprised by the sheer volume of the wood: 6.5" × 6" x 8" x 18", (approximately 2 sq.m.):

If you've ever made a nail that is too much for a small size, it's a big mistake.

And it is not a bad idea if the nail is already too long because the wood will just stay "just right" just the way it was.

Let's take a look at how this wood was used in the photo after using several other posts and nails. Note how I used the same nail in the same space.

To be clear, I'll tell you how I've made nail so easy I would happily pay a few hundred bucks just to start!

This method of making nails is called a "fishing" (or "working" knife with a hammer at the end).

The first thing we do is to make sure the wood is ready and secure to be cut and cut.

Then we wait until it is in it's final state.

Here is the "finishing" for the nail after the fishing knives are cut. No longer need to "breathe" but just keep going!
