Our acrylic top plate comes with 10 layers of black or matte lacquer. These layers allow you to use the top plate and remove the base, or remove the base cap. Or, if you want to use only these layers and just have the overall look; if you want to use 10 layers, the first three layers of color, so instead of the top plate and the acrylic top plate, you can have one layer over that layer of color.
