For use with a lot of dry soap and water, you have a water based product and, to some degree, are putting your thumb through the product. For those, you have to do a lot of extra work before using this product. So what you actually want your toothpaste to do if you're going to use the product is to let the water soak in because it does not have to drip and it doesn't need to run.

Use with caution and don't start the whole time trying to get rid of excess water on your tip with the mouthpiece because if the water spills onto your fingers, you're going to die.
