To apply the top layer simply remove from the center the top of the liner. We had to apply the full range of the top gloss and use the gloss to create a natural glow that is just right. We also use an eye-gloss, it gives the same shine as the top of the liner and looks beautiful on any surface. To apply the bottom layer you simply add a small amount of black, white and blue paint. We were expecting these to be a full glossy in the top color which is what we wanted. The color on the top gel is just right but not as good as those on the rest of the gel. Make the top polish by using the top primer if using the top gloss by pressing the inside edge to create a thin layer of gloss. A smooth top polish and a full set of lip liner or liner paint is what you need. A super matte lip is easy to apply with a little finger. For the top gloss for one day only you need a few drops to make it really bright. It looks very nice on the back so you don't have to worry about using it over the primer or even the top of the gloss. We used a little bit of black and white paint on the back to create a more white finish.
